What I cooked during the pandemic 2020

Well in many ways like for most of you, 2020 has been a very strange and sad year for many reasons for me. The Covid-19 pandemic over-arches all. I was cleaning up my little nook in the kitchen today and came across one of my meal lists. During the time when I would only visit the supermarket every three weeks, I made sure to have a detailed meal and grocery list. In many ways, that approach was very freeing and fun. Right now, I am back to once a week with a mask on and social distancing in mind. I may return to the three week plan as the leaves start to fall and winter is imminent. Meanwhile, here are some of the meals I prepared for dinner (just a list):
