On August 26, 2018, Mark and I were heading eastward across Ireland from Galway to Dublin. We stopped in a small side town called Kilbeggan and found the only open pub BUT it was the right choice. It was the local's place, "The Saddlers Inn," - young and old - lots of sports on the televisions and a baby shower about to take place and live, local music. The food fare to choose from was limited but we had a ham, cheese and onion sandwich which was amazing and, of course, a cappuccino.
